Description
In the case of failure of the fifth encirclement campaign and hardship of early period of the Long March, Mao Zedong regained military command from Bo Gu and Otto Braun after the Zunyi conference which took place in January 1935. The Communist Party of China sees Zunyi conference as a turning point that saved the Red Army as well as the party.
